Stories from Here

A live event featuring real memories from individuals in Calgary, Kansas City and Laramie retold as short stories. Between 2015–2019, over 150 people participated in an exploration of place through memory using cognitive interview techniques. Each nightly session (approximately 15 minutes) presented different selections of poignant and mundane moments — from bars to forests to suburban lawns — revealing the human connection to geography and place.
